I launched California Wine Marketing in 2006 after working in the wine industry, helping wineries develop their online business at a website CRM platform company called Inertia Beverage Group. Inertia Beverage Group eventually morphed into Wine Direct and Vin65. When I left IBG, a few wineries decided they needed some help with their online business and hired me on as a “virtual employee” to help them grow their online business and help manage their wine clubs, websites, social media and customer service.
That meant more money could go to their marketing budgets! I grew my business within the wine industry and had clients as large as 400,000 case producers to as small as 500 cases produced annually. I assist with website updates, social media set up and management, e-mail campaigns, virtual customer support via phone and email and more.
I have over 25 years of customer service experience and almost 15 years in online/e-commerce marketing.
I am a California native..born and raised in Venice Beach area of Los Angeles. I moved to San Francisco Bay area in 1994 and spent just over 21 years living in Marin, Sonoma, Napa and Solano counties before moving to the Central Coast in late 2015. I will always be a California girl…love everything our great state has to offer including our many diverse wine countries throughout the state.
I teach classes on various marketing topics for SCORE and MCSC/Women’s Business Center as well as offer private seminars and individual or group private training. I am also a marketing consultant for MCSC, mentoring new business owners.
